Obamacare or ACA Law
The health care law, known as Obamacare, offers the most accessible health insurance on the market and with excellent coverage that has a wide variety of treatments. This coverage depends on factors such as age, income and number of family members.
To make your application to Obamacare 2022-2023, you must meet some requirements such as making your application between November 1, 2022 to January 15, 2023, have a legal immigration status, your income and that of your family must be within federal poverty ranges (between 100 and 400 percent). It is important to know that if you already have insurance from your employer, you will not be able to access Obamacare.
